If you’re plagued by sleeplessness, add soothing greens, blues and neutral colors to bedroom. Make sure your bed has a solid, stable headboard and face the bed towards the door. Keep your bathroom door closed. Avoid too many mirrors in the bedroom and hang calming pictures on the walls.
